- Draft Possibillity -
Do NOT TURN YOUR HEADS AWAY PEOPLE.
Because of how long things are during the tournament, it may be useful to start a draft during the tournament and that way the "loose" days are eliminated and we keep interest and activity in the site. And to speed things up, we could compile a default draft list and then tell everyone must send in draft lists or they will be autopicked off the default draft list.
I would also sugest this league become a keeper league.
I would be glad to run this league as well - (the one I'm suggesting)

as like a redraft, Camino... just like a second league I guess. And I could make a try at another sim league if it's in anyone's interest.

Not a big fan of drafts. But it would be more convincing if you do pull it off.

I like your idea of teams that are eliminated from playoffs to starting the next draft, perhaps with Wallyworld's idea of picking from groups of either 3 or 5 players with multiple rounds. If it was groups of 5 players then we'd only need 3 rounds and the first round would almost be complete by the finals of the previous season. (we'd need a time limit (not sure how long?) and the comish or someone would probably have to pick "the best available" for guys not on the ball)

THe draft form this season took from the 2nd round till the end of the Finals. The system we did it work. If we picked from players of 3 or 5 then trading will likely be down and thats not good. Trading looked to be up this season with the draft. |
