After the conclusion of Season 20, I propose we do another tournament... this one breaking down the all-time QuickGM title winners. I noticed that the there's a thread documenting the teams and rosters of all the champions and consellation champions in which we can refer 2 in order 2 form a nice bracket. after season 20, we'll have a perfect 16 title winners since season 4 (for the newbies... season 4 was really the first QuickGM w/ a champion determined by league votes) So we can do a playoff style tourney like we do already, complete with a "regular season" of voting for seeding. Each GM votes for, say the 4 best teams, 2 determine the 16 seeds.. break it down into 2 'conferences' and vote on the best QuickGM champion, with matchups perhaps determining who wins. And it could get especially interesting if 2 Duncan-led championship teams ended up facing each other, and it brought back some of the old members like T-Low or Anamalech 2 argue for their squads. What do u think about the idea? Feel free 2 add suggestions.

There would also be a bunch of squads without someone to argue for as well as a bunch of others getting bored... I think there are a bunch of GM's that haven't won anything in particular (myself included) to do something like this, you look at the championships... and there are like 5-7 winners in total if im not mistaken... SgtTibs, T-Low, Tian820, Anamalech, Wizzla10, Jpram that are still active... That leaves the rest of us with nothing much to do for the entire season.

Biggest "flaw" that I initially found with the idea as well. More feedback would be nice though and ideas are obviously always welcome |

Well I don't object to finding the GOAT QuickGM for the 20th season. But a tourney would probably bore the non-winners. Maybe just a poll?

We could always randomize the teams and give them out to the Vets of this site but only as a side thing so we could still have the regular season.
