Hey just an idea i want to throw out there to you guys about this whole thing with players being locked up in inactive teams.
I suggest that after a half the in season trade period, which i have been told is between 10-14 days.
We have the inactive teams players put into a FA pool.
it would work like this
You would be allowed to acquire player from the FA pool, by trading a player from your roster of equal $ value than bid using roster cap space.
For example
Team A Dirk $19 and wants to acquire Kobe $19 from FA.
Team Awould have to give(Dirk) and sacrifice cap of $50 to get him. In this case Dirk plus $2 cap space.
Anyone else who's has a $19 player can also bid.
Team BOffers Wade $19 plus $3 cap space.
Team B has won the rights to Kobe and now has $47 in cap.
If there are no other bidders $1 minimum cap has to be paid.
Just a rough idea but i think instead of having two teams we can utilize this and all try harder to recruit and fill Quick GM.

We could also do a 'Free Agency Day' if the idea of shedding cap for multiple players is too much of a detriment to the success of a team.
This would be a day in the middle of each trade period which again i'm told in between 10 - 14 days. On the 5th-7th day of trading Free Agency will be opened for all teams.
In this 24 hour period you are allowed to trade for any FA using players of equal $ vaule on your roster.
If there a multiple bidders on a certain FA than whoever bids the highest cap will win rights to player.
I think this will help with unlocking players and giving the trade period an activity kick through to the playoffs with new unlocked players to move and a day when all owners get together and talk trade etc in the middle of the current season.

im with this suggestion. i dont like the 2-team idea cos on here, everyone wants to win a chip. and when some teams gets twice the chance of winning, thats not very fair.

Yea lets stay away from this two team thing. Any idea seems better than owners having two teams.
