salary gap in trades

It would take the fun out of it. The reason for the trade restrictions is because when I created this game I wanted something similar to the real NBA. However the NBA's CBA rule is that if a team is under the cap there is no restriction on trades but if a team is ove the cap they have ot be within 25% + $100,000. This would be way to hard to figure out for us mods considering all the trades that need to be approved.

In the end I felt if I just make a set table it would be easy for everyone to follow and still give a challenging aspect to the game.
